Refund policy

We follow Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for:

  • Products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, or

  • A major failure or issue covered under ACL.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Please include your order number and full name inside the parcel.
Once our Future Warehouse team receives your return, please allow 7–10 business days for the processing of your refund.

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as it has been completed.
